Internship Program
Applications are now being accepted for both Summer and Fall internships. Interns will gain great experience of working for a fast paced, highly contested Congressional race. The deadline to submit applications for the Summer internships is May 15th , and for the Fall internships is Aug 1st. A resume and cover letter should be submitted to thueter@lindaketner.com . Internship Descriptions

Field Department

Interns in the Field Department will be assisting with the following tasks: working directly with the candidate, coordinating volunteers for large public events, assisting with set up for large public events, prepping and organizing campaign supplies for events, assisting with get out the vote programs, assisting with door to door candidate tours, and various other duties. This position will report directly to the Field Director. Applicants should possess strong computer skills, strong communication skills both written and oral, be highly organized, and an out going personality a plus.

Finance Department

Interns in the Finance Department will be assisting with event prep and organization, internet research, database work, and various other duties. Interns in this department will report directly to the Finance Director. Applicants should have strong organizational skills, very strong computer skills including database work and MS Office applications.

Campaign Interns

This is a general internship. Campaign interns will be responsible for assisting with all other departments, office management, volunteer coordination, computer training, and various other duties. This position will gain a well rounded view of the inner workings of the campaign. Applicants should have strong computer skills, organizational skills and a willingness to take on any and all various duties.
